A PAMM account rollover (also called 'cut off') takes place once a day (Monday-Friday) at 12:30 Server Time. The duration of this procedure, depending on the amount and composition of the PAMM accounts, may take several hours to be completed.

  • Trading results are finalized and recorded.
  • Pending Withdrawal and Deposit requests are processed.
  • Participation of Investors is recalculated.
Attention:

If there are no open trades in the PAMM Manager account, withdrawals and deposits are instant (instead of being processed at rollover).

A trading period is selected by the Manager and can be either 2 weeks or 1 month. The trading period determines the Early Withdrawal Penalty. If an Investor withdraws before the end of the Trading Period then the Manager will collect Early Withdrawal Penalty Fee.

The Early Withdrawal Penalty is a percentage of withdrawal amount that the Investor will pay to the Manager if he withdraws before the completion of the trading period. This percentage is determined by the PAMM Manager and is recorded in the Manager’s Offer.

A Manager’s Offer (also called an ‘Offer’) is the Manager’s offer to the PAMM Investors. It includes the following parameters:

  • Success Fee the Manager will charge for profitable trading
  • The Trading Period
  • The disclosed or undisclosed Trading Activity
  • The minimum deposit (related to the Manager's Capital) for an Investor to participate.
Attention:

The Manager's Offer can be either Public or Private. In the event it is private, the PAMM account will not be publicly available.

When investing via your myHF area, you will have the option to select a Rescue Level. The Rescue Level specifies the percentage of an Investor's account balance that s/he can keep secured in case of loss. Once that level is reached, all open trades in the Investor’s account are closed and the remaining funds are no longer available to the specific Manager.

Attention:

Investor will have to readjust the rescue level should they make cash outs or any recurrent deposits. Rescue level is not automatically readjusted in situations where profits are capitalised on the account.

As an Investor you will always be able to see your participation level in the PAMM account. This shows the size of your deposit relative to the total PAMM account.
